  • Account & Identity Data: Name, email, phone number, address, biometric identifiers (fingerprint templates), and PIN.
  • Usage Data: Device information (brand, OS version, IP address), app usage patterns, and location data (with user consent).
  • Payment Data: Tokenized card or bank account details via payment gateways.

How We Use Your Data

  • To authenticate and process transactions, including biometric + PIN security.
  • To provide and maintain service, customer support, and account management.
  • To improve features and services via analytics (aggregate/unidentifiable).
  • To comply with legal obligations and fraud prevention.

Sharing Your Information

We may share with:
  • Service Providers: cloud hosts, payment processors (e.g., Stripe), analytics tools—under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Legal or Safety Situations: in response to court orders or to protect rights, safety, or property.

Biometric Data Handling

Your fingerprint templates are captured securely on-device, encrypted via TLS during transmission, and stored in encrypted form. We use them only for authentication and never sell them with third parties.

Terms of Use – Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Arbitration Agreement

ANY dispute related to KnucklePay services will be subject to mandatory, binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).

  • Claims will be arbitrated via American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS, per their consumer rules.
  • You and KnucklePay waive any right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes one-on-one, not via class actions, class arbitrations, or multi-plaintiff lawsuits.

Class Action & Representative Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, users agree not to participate in class, collective, or representative actions.

  • If a court finds any portion of this arbitration/class action waiver invalid, the remainder survives.

Exceptions to Arbitration

  • Claims eligible for small claims court ($10,000 limit) are excluded from arbitration.
  • You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by sending written notice to info@knucklepay.com to remain effective.

Governing Law

This privacy/arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA). All claims are governed by the laws of North Carolina, U.S.A, without conflict-of-law rules. Venue lies in Mecklenburg County, NC.
